QUARTET REGISTRATIONS

There are THREE levels of registration necessary for the Wisconsin Youth Harmony Festival

FIRST: Quartets must register by April 30th
giving the quartet name, members of the quartet.

THREE: Each individual member under 18 must submit 
a parental permission form by May 18th
